    Thread Approved

Is this supposed to be tourer thread? Normally, more photos and some text goes in a post. If not, let me know, will shift it to the Clicks and Kicks section!

    Thanks

          Day 1

We started with 6 people in morning and by days end we reached udaipur, somewhere around 9 ,quickly we took a hotel on the highway itself and decided to discuss further plans but the three other guys had changed their mind in the first day of the ride itself and they decided to ride back to mumbai ,I was kinda shocked by this news but since it was their choice ,I just told them to change the location and ride somewhere else, they finally settled for jaisalmer and we went to sleep where me thinking it as a bad omen for.the ride

                Day 2

We got up early and started getting ready for our respective destinations with a heavy heart the team split into two and we moved further ,today's target was somewhere after jaipur which we covered easily ,night rides were helping coz of the low traffic and we were managing proper speeds ,luckily didn't found fog anywhere till now ,again called it a day at behror, took a hotel and died for the morning ,the best thing until now was that we were getting the rooms at the best bargains like in udaipur we got a room for 500 bucks for six guys.

                        Day 3

It was a foggy morning at behror but the fog quickly went away with the sun, with a small photo shoot we were ready to hit the roads again after shit, shave and shower...got wrong with the routes somewhere and took the sonipat route ,after sometimes we felt ki bas hamari firki li jaa rahi hai (God is playing with us) roads were in potholes somehow managed our of it and reached near muzaffarnagar again took the roads inside the city and came on nh 58 ,there were jams of many trucks carrying woods from jungle ,even in sonipat tractors were plying like anything on roads missed one or two from kissing the rear ,somehow struggled from the jam and reached roorkee ,took the cheapest hotel and again went dead for the morning.

                            Day 4

Started with tea and biscuit in the morning ,since we got late in the morning the traffic wrapped us till haridwar ...after haridwar till rishikesh it was easy ,as we exited rishikesh rajan went missing and his phone was with for charging waited for him for more than an hour ,suddenly received a call from a unknown number and it was rajan there explaining that he went for buying engine oil at a yamaha service centre ...I just calmed my nerves and proceeded since he was before us the mountains started bringing grins inside our helmets ,the roads were narrow and we were riding in control with zero negligence for mistakes ,the roads were the most curvy till date I have seen ...crossed srinagar, a beautiful city 100 kms after rishikesh ..reached rudraprayag and called it a day ..mercury was at 7 degrees it was all pleasant ,got a room for 300 bucks and retired for the day. The hotel guy was so generous that he let us park our machines inside.

Morning had a perfect view of the mountains which we didn't saw in the night ,some photoshoot, tea biscuits and off to road.
