Re: Fz16 rides to the least ridden mountains...
Day 5
We left from rudraprayag in the morning today's target was auli ,at some parts roads were in very bad condition with BRO signs displaying landslide zones and rock fall areas ,didn't bothered all those things because we were very careful and watching everything with an eagles eye...reached joshimath ,stopped there for a while for tea break and proceeded towards auli ,with every curve the altitude was going towards North , I took out my Casio rangeman and strapped it on the handlebar to have a proper view of the altimeter, took a wrong turn and reached into army's camp where the jawan politely guided me towards the tourist spot of auli, again took a turn and reached there ..rajan and vishal had already reached there ,but there faces were showing signs of defeat which I understood clearly by seeing the surroundings , coz there was not enough snow still the ambience of the place suddenly separated us from the other part of.the world ..it was serene,it was calm,it made me feel that at this time I am somewhat different from others ,many people over there saw the license plates and came to us asking about our trip..We were bombarded with questions of which we answered one by one to all,the stay at auli was quite expensive almost as small cottages starting at 2.5k ,we decided to skip the stay there and came back to joshimath for the stay again luck favoured and we got a room as cheap as for 300 bucks [emoji14] [emoji14] ..stayed there for the night shivering even in 2 blankets.Keep ur friends close.....but keep ur enemies closer.
