          • @Praveen: Man I am damn envious. All the pics that you have posted in this page and the before one, reminds me of home all the more even!

I told my parents about you and understandably they were flabbergasted. How many days are you put up there? I am sure you have got to know by the situation of electricity in Kathmandu. Do check out Nagarkot and Dhulikhel. They are really scenic places and a must visit if you are put up in Kathmandu for some time. They wouldn't take more than hour and a half from Kathmandu to reach.

                        • Pranay: glad to have got you nostalgic are you from around here? Been to Nagarkot today but could not see anything as the skies were not clear.

                          Thanksy Rockyyy: Something like that

Prabhakar: Thanks man, one can always get going

DarthVeda & Jonak: No, my mad did not drive here nor does he stay here. He flew in.

Nabendu: Thanks for killing the rumer

DevilBoy: Its been different experiance. Kinda very busy to feel lonely. After the ride get busy to note down and takes all my time. Been to shillong earlier i this ride and stayed there for good 4 days

Had been on a small ride today to Nagarkot near kathmandu. Pretty overhyped locally. Felt so prolly cos i could not see any mountain range as the skies were not clear. But then i am comparing it with places i have been. Will be leaving kathamandu tomm and heading a bit east.
Will have to Skip Lukla and places and i am not much of a trekker.

Yes Praveen, I am from Kathmandu, Nepal. And those photos were just so familiar.

Yes, considering the places you have been to already, Nagarkot is not much. But yes, if the sky was clear, the view would be spectacular, especially at sunrise.

If you do head east and if time/condition permits, do drop by in Pokhara, which is about 200 kms from Kathmandu. It is a calm get away compared to Kathmandu.
