UPDATE: On 17th May Harteij met HRBC ( Hindustan Royal Bulleteers Club ), they arranged a meet at sparsh palliative centre, he met padma reddy mam over there, she works as a volunteer.





In second half of 17th May, he had a session with HPCL on cancer awareness.

On 18th May, it was a free day for him so he decided why not give ninja a wash. [emoji3]



Today ( 19th May ), he visited Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute where his own cancer was treated. He considers this place as his temple because at this place only he got his second life.

This sweet little girl is suffering from leukaemia, both Harteij & little girl have promised each other to go water park after her treatment is over.

Uncle had last chemotherapy today. Happiness can be seen at his face of surviving from cancer.



Uncle is suffering from Hodgkin's lymphoma, same cancer which Harteij was suffering. Uncle is at second stage so he will require six chemotherapy. First one was done today.

On 20th May, Harteij was free so he decided why not visit srisailam, one of the jyotirlings. He rested ninja and took his elder brother's R15, road was awesome not a single pothole were there according to him. Rain made the weather pleasant too.







Today ( 22 May ), he left for Bangalore.

***Bangalore Update***

Harteij is in Bangalore. Bangalore riders would meet him coming Thursday. Most probably in the evening at a common venue.
More details will be put down soon.

Ride of hope

UPDATE: Harteij reached Bangalore on 22nd May itself, on the way to Bangalore Harteij stopped 50 kms before to update fellow riders then some bikers saw him and asked him about his trip and offered him some refreshments and then they also invited him to have lunch with them but Harteij had already committed other fellow riders to meet them at Bangalore so they shared contact no.s and they met next day at phoenix mall. He also met dawn riders at orion mall.







So next day on 24th May, Harteij visited Kidwai Memorial Institute Of Oncology, he met with 5 patients aged between 30-50, they were not comfortable having the pic which is completely understandable, but the point is one or two of them even didn't knew which cancer they are suffering from, Harteij's thought was they should ask the doctor and about the treatment which they have to take.

As Divya Sharan Sir told tomorrow is Harteij's meet up with xbhp Bangalore G2G group. Then on Saturday he will be meeting with some of other groups at Kolar.

Ride of hope

So here's our hero our inspiration Hariteij.



Met him at his place today morning and moved towards Rasta Cafe S02. (yup therez one Rasta Cafe within Bangalore City). Once we were there no one was on the spot. And then just one selfie upload on FB..



15 riders were there within 10 minutes.




This is the team "Dawn Riders" and this breakfast ride is their brainchild.

We started for Kolar.
1st stop KR Puram.



We come down from the hanging bridge and we are amazed by the number of bikers we see Bikes Bikes Bikes everywhere..ya ofcourse Bikers as well. It was too crowded so no proper snaps were taken.
It was just amazing to see bikers from so many groups join together for one rider on cause on support...



We start our ride towards Kolar. Lots of people catch up.

And we arrive at destination

UPDATE

So on 30th May Harteij left for chennai, he was overwhelmed with the response he got from Bangalore people.

Harteij went to see a late night movie with some friends at chennai and he met beautiful aditi rao hydari.



On 31st may Ninja went for first servicing for this campaign.



On 1st June, Harteij went to apollo speciality cancer hospital.



Then he went to adyar cancer hospital and met some patients there.





He also met Team Bleed who works for blood donations and cancer patients.



On 2nd June he visited institute of child health and hospital with team bleed, he distributed masks to children and their parents to prevent catching bacteria.







On 3rd june he visited tirupati balaji but this time by state tourism bus.





On 4th june, Chennai xbhp members and other riders organised a ride called ride of hope at Mahabaipuram. It was a great meeting with those guys.









On 5th he left for pondicherry and reached that day itself



One month four states four languages 5000 kms



On 6th June he went to cuddalore and met madras motorcycle club members.





On 7th June he had a session with local school children for cancer awareness.



He Also met CM of Pondicherry, he wished him all the best for his campaign



Today he visited satya school and met with some really special children. It was a speechless experience with those children.

UPDATE:

Sorry I was busy with office work, couldn't update the thread.

So on 10th June, Harteij left for madurai from Pondicherry



Then from madurai he reached trichy and visited Dr. GVN Cancer institute.

He met 30+ patients over there.





He also visited meenakshi amman temple in madurai



He had a session with meenakshi mission hospital at madurai.

On 14th June Harteij reached rameshwaram.

On same day he left for kanyakumari

He visited internally cancer hospital at kanyakumari.



This 5 year child has tumor in his head but look at his smile and sad part is doctors are saying that there are very little chances of his survival



So on Saturday Harteij got a call from Organisers of world motorcycle day that he has to attend world motorcycle day on Sunday at upvan lake. Some of the pics from the event







On 21st June Harteij reached cochin and today he visited amma AIMS hospital

After cochin, Harteij moved towards coimbatore.

Harteij at a government school at Udumalaipet, here Harteij shared his experience and also some students shared their own encounter with cancer.

On 11th July, Harteij reached manipal where KMC hospital arranged lodging for him

On 13th July Harteij reached goa but he met with unfortunate incident some young underage boys on activa collided with him, bike didn't fell but right side fairing broken

So ride of hope is in jodhpur currently and will reach Jaipur tomorrow.
