                  Nice write up.....

My favorite line from this blog "Daylight had already started to break and people in the villages were starting their disco dance by crossing the highway unexpectedly."

This reminds me lot of memories where we had a crash earlier during one of the rides

@Praful: Dude Congrats once again on successfully completing K-Top and going through Kudremukh!

I just read through this thread and must say that you've done a great job with the write up and pics! way to go man!

Kudremukh was awesome wasnt it!? hehe.. The place is wayy to much fun! Its a great weekend destination. Been riding there almost every 2 weeks now! 110 kms to kudremukh aint very far and makes it an ideal spot for bikers. Kalasa being an additional 20 kilometers of race track fun!

I will post a thread and some pictures exclusively on Kudremukh soon but i must say u have clicked pictures in our usual spot

The route to Kalasa from Karkala is nothing less than a track. Almost 50-60 kilometers of pure fun!

K-Top.. i guess i'm gonna have my share of the fun soon! Hoping to make it to and from K-Top in one piece but more on that later!

I'm glad u had a safe trip! too bad i coudlnt meet u as i was in bangalore after my kudremukh ride on friday. But happy to know u had an awesome ride in our coastal areas! Come to Mlore next time and lets do an over night Kudremukh trip! There's a LOT to be explored in that area especially a trail leading to the 'Kudre-Mukh' / Horse-Face mountain.

The National reserve is an amazing place. Btw bikes get One hour to pass from entry to exit. And the place is picturesque all over. The beauty of the place is almost impossible to describe. Btw how was the weather when u passed through it? It was humid and warm during my march 28th ride to Kalasa.

I'll update soon with a thread so u can see some more pics about the ride and a trip log hopefully as well

The path visible to me beyond the gate was definitely bikeable, but I don't think we would be able to go all the way up as it would definitely narrow down later. But I'm game to explore the possibilities of that route once you're back!
Yup, pre pre monsoon first time run to K-top!
