My dream is to ride the entire North East Indian States and thankfully, that dream has been slowly taking shape since earlier this year. It started off with rides to Assam, then Mizoram and a bit of Myanmar. Ever since, the mind and body have been beckoning for another interstate ride.
It had been raining for almost the past six months in Shillong and I was just waiting for the sky to clear up and ride without getting drenched.
So, Andy planned that we should go to Nagaland for the weekend and that's what we did. Dimapur is 350kms away from Shillong and from Dimapur, we planned to visit Kohima the next day and come back on the third day.
Interestingly, whenever Andy, Mossy (my cousin) and I ride, it would always rain. Not the romantic 100-costume-changes-bolllywood-dance- rain but the raining cats and dogs type. and no matter how much rain gear we put on, we would always get drenched. This time was different. We were riding under a bright, warm and sunny sky. It was such a good feeling... Untill a few kms before reaching Dimapur. It started raining and it never stopped untill we left Nagaland. Arrrghhhhhhhh!!! I guess the showers of blessings will always accompany us on our rides .. hehe :P

:P
Keep those updates coming now.
Day light travelling is most preferred but even in the night, we didn't face any problem.
