I rode from Kochi to Bangalore on my all time companion, the Kawasaki Boxer last Friday. The Boxer was prepped almost a week before the actual ride started, basic stuff like checking for small niggles and replacing random parts (pretty old bike :P). The thing I love about it is that even though I redlined it almost always, occasionally decelerating, the bike held up pretty good. The route was from Kochi to Bangalore via Salem->Krishnagiri->Hosur. Such beautiful roads that I couldn't resist stopping every now and then to take a picture on my phone. If only I knew the route would've been so scenic! Attaching some photos with the post. One thing I've noticed is those are not roads we have in Kerala. Definately need a Himalayan or an Impulse to cover that stretch XD.
