                  Hey dude,

I know a guy who did Faridabad to Bombay in 25 hrs in his Ford Ikon.. Averaging around 100-120km/hr. so i guess by bike this could be about 48 hours, maybe less then that if you are only a Pulsar 180 :-)

Hi Skullpture.I am from Nagpur and one thing I can tell u for sure is tht ur trip is definitely viable on 180.My brother did the same trip almost 6 years back on a LML vespa select. The roads are very good.Distance comes to around 900 km If I m not wrong. One thinh I wud advise you on is to plan your route on the roadmap. You have many options regarding using the highway throughout the journey or going through some towns/cities on the way which can cut short the distance. You plan to go along with a pillion or are you going to ride solo?

Even I am from Nagpur. Road in Maharashtra are generally better than
                      the national average.

But I would suggest try this trip after the rains, during winter
post Oct 15. Best season is from Oct 15 - Jan 31.

Even I agree, this trip can be done on a P180. No issues about that.
Yes distance is 935 Kms by train, so should be around the
                      same by road.

ooops forgot to add this one .. am going solo and anywhere between November and December this year. I hope i come back alive!! btw do you also happen to know the frequency of hotels and petrol pumps along the way ? since its around 900kms i doubt if i can make it in one day (riding 12 hours and averaging around 80km/hr)
