You guys were really lucky to escape with only broken bikes!!! From the description of your riding, the accidents and from the photos, it looks like that you guys really need to be reported to your family..

Next ride onwards try to treat the highways with a little more respect.. Riding w/o helmets and stunting on the highways is for sure going to get you guys into a lot more trouble in future

Indian highways are extremely dangerous.. It is always a good idea to be defensive on the road. There are tons of idiots on the highways who will cause trouble for even the most careful rider, but taking unnescessary risks will get you into some deep shit very soon! I have known people with many years of experience on the indian highways who have been in bad accidents for no fault of theirs.

BTW.. breaking the log into paragraphs would have surely made the log a lot easier to read..

            Thanks for sharing the log.

Riding solo is fun and so is riding in a group. Accidents do happen, be it solo or group. But the chances are high on a group ride if the riders are not aware of some group riding etiquettes.

I would strongly recommend that you attend the newbies tour being arranged by Delhi xBhp chapter. You will get to learn a lot about group riding, which you can teach your pals later. Just my two cents...

agreed to all the suggestions and warnings....and would surely take care of the same....

both the bikes which met with accidents were running on bald tyres....R15 with the front and TB on the rear....

No boasting around, i was riding with a sane mind with honking at every corner and maintaining the speeds of about 30-40 in the twisties.

Riding without helmet was just about for 5 minutes. moreover, we were surprised at people trippling on the bikes without a helmet!!!

as far as the paragraph are concerned, the actual blog has a paragraph bifurcation, but somehow it vanished here.
