athirapilly is close to my place. athirapilly roads are too good to be true. the curves are just awesome. too bad your friend's r15 took damages. it is a usual thing there. if you go fast through a corner without enough lean you will lose control and fall. i usually ride there once every month to hone my skills. it is such a magnificent route. next time you plan this route, just inform me. we can meet up.2002 Herculese Top Gear 6 speed

I actually went there by bus for the first time with my friends.. then we realized we could have taken our bikes, after seeing the roads there..
I'm also close to there (Irinjalakuda) ... Jus about 50kms frm there...
will complete the whole trip(till valpaara) some time...
