Fantastic Photos Saneep. You seemed to have see the best and worst of weather. White snow caped peaks in bright sunlight is looking awesome and motorcycles look so near to them.

The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

Thanks Praveen aka 'super traveller'. Yes, we were lucky enough to experience both a snow-storm and bright sunshine. And true, the beauty of snow-capped peaks with blue skies and white fluffy clouds is unmatched anywhere. And the Himalayas are amazing. Just compare: Mont Blanc in the French Alps stands 'tall' at 15,700ft. Kunzum Pass, that we 'ride' motorcycles over, is just a shade below at some 15,600ft. The Himalayas begin where the rest of the mountain ranges give up!

            THANKS ARYAN!!
And your 'Chandratal Fixation' is actually infectious. Honest!

Awesome thread .. brilliant photographs ..

The snowfall photos are neato! .. we (Navendu, Manoj V, and me) had crossed Tanglang-la last year in similar weather .. it's one of the best experiences ive ever had.. seeing your photos, I was reminded of that moment ..

And I took a very similar photograph .. Lossar to Kunzum

Great thread .. waiting for more ..
