I finally got to read this one. Nice to read your text and good to see the bikes handling bad roads with ease. I had not noticed that there were TWO Midnight Stars when I met you guys at Mandawa.

So finally you stayed at the Desert Resort. I like the ambiance too. However I like staying in old places. Which is why I personally prefer staying at the Mandawa Castle for the "old world" feel. But after reading what you said, it might be worth it too. My clients like both. But they are more enchanted by the Castle and its myriad endless corridors, its fresco paintings etc.
