Thanks MG. Yes, the K790i is one gem of a camera phone. The ones clicked with D500 and H50 will come up in the weekend.

As usual Sunil has penned down our expereinces so well. As far as me, i didnt have so much expectations for this place, but to my surprise this place really looked awesome during sunset especially. Arnab even asked me "yati da who is gonna believe that this is India!" Truly.....the sun set suddenly between 2 mountains and what remained was some scattered sunlight in the sky which mesmerised us to take as many shots as possible. As time progressed and we were chatting in the lights of a lantern, the silence of the surroundings (at times) truly described how serene the environment was. I was curious to experience the night on a full moon day. lets see whats in store for us next time.

It's pretty much safe around BBSR. The only danger would be the wild animals which you might encounter!!

The Eastern Part of the State is absolutely safe, the only place which is Naxalite-infested is the Western and South-West Part. But then they hardly bother anyone during daytime. At Nights it would be wise to avoid those places.

Swagat bhai, the stay were at 1100 per tent, inclusive of food and a boat ride. Each tent accommodates two, but we got five guys into two tents, just paying extra for the food. We might go there too in future.

Thanks Hitanshu. Aptly replied by Swagat in his post. The stretches you would prefer to avoid at night are Bhadrak-Balasore (60-70 km of diversions and bad roads) and Balugaon-Ichapuram(two laned and bumpy roads, reckless villagers).

You bet! I did a shortie (read 230 km) to Ratnagiri-Udaygiri-Lalitgiri yesterday, just to get the bike its second service. Office?? Who cares.

I will post the pics today itself.
