Whoah! Super! 7000kms sounds grand. All the best dude.Originally posted by bluevolt View PostMerci! I will send out my next trip report to magazines - it will be a big one! I just finished planning it after poring over the Eicher road atlas - 7,000 km's of roads, 17 days and 115 hours of riding... will post it sometime end of next month. This Pondi trip was a dry run!
10 Commandments:
1)Thank thy God for being alive.
2)Thou shalt respect one's own life and the live's of other road users.
3)Thou shalt respect one's own bike.
4)Love thy bike as thy self.
5)Always wear safety gear.
6)Alcohol is a strict NO!
7)Thou may lust after thy neighbour's bike specially if its of the R1 kind!
8)Thou shalt ride with 'ultra-most' care and caution when on Indian roads.
9)Thou shalt never leave the engine running at long traffic halts.
10)Thou shalt follow all of the above.

I know, it is rare to see people wearing full gear with their bikes... In Bangalore, 7/10 guys I have seen on SBK's wear chappals and an El Cheapo helmet, what a shame.Originally posted by sheelpriye View Postyou are so methodical in your approach, really salute you and also for--Arai, Dainese, Sidi very rare to see unless one is riding a SBK

I have seen you on your CL500 a couple of times though. How's the Bull going?

Hey nice trip log
Reading your log i was wondering why i have never explored that strech
Anyways just wanted to for my knowledge, right now its winters so that leather suit seems quite fine...just wanted to ask why didnt u go in for the synthetice ones ? Wont the leather roast you during summers ? Bcoz i bought the mesh ones and they work fine in summers too....but leather was something i thought was not made for Indian climate...but im sure u must have thought on it and bought it.
BTW i am a Dainese fanboy have bought Dainese for myself
And Sidi Shoes is a very good choice...Arai i dont have to comment anything
