the Plan looks OK. Am just concern if Manali to Leh can be done within two days. Normally we or others have taken two stops after manali & then third being Leh.
For us it was : Manali - Darcha(1st Night:150kms) - Pang (2nd Night:110kms) - Leh (270kms)
Its very very difficult to cover even 150kms in a day in the weather of June & terrain. Its doable, but dont stress to much. Keep it flexible & try to roll as the situation occurs.

don't trust google maps for leh region, use openstreetmaps. As others have already told the place to say from Leh to Manali is Pang, Sarchu or Bharathpur.Comment

Day 9 : We will keep it as a BUFFER DAY!
Day 10: We will goto Drass instead of KARGIL
Day 11: Drass - Srinagar - Gulmarg it is!
