nice writeup ... great piks ....

overall a very good travelogue.....

but u people should have planned a "LEH" trip with some good riding gears ... felt that was missing.
but all is well that ends well.

Thanks Smoker... a full set of riding gear is definitely a plus.... but the expenses where heavily mounting on us and the only thing that we could compromise on was the extra bit of riding gear. I always feel a basic set of saftey gear and some reponsible riding should do for a tourer... it could be a differenet story for a Stunter though..... just my thoughts.

i agree. but your friend fell three times and was not even in BASIC safety gear .... thats what made me say this ... but never mind.
as i said earlier.. all is well that ends well...

Awesome!..super awesome!.. even before i bought my bike i was a fan of road trips!...and after seeing your pictures!....damn!..now i want a 15 day off from my college!

; i must say, You guys broke all the unwritten rules like wake up early and ride; do not ride in dark, plan well, safety gear, etc etc etc.

I must say that God was with you guys on a that trip, a very brave attempt, you guys did gr8...

the overall cost including transportation from Hyd was around 15k ( thats a very very vague figure) we had absolutely no clue how much we spent.
we were pretty close friends and it did'nt matter to us who spent what.... so we just kept spending...

and yes ... would love to do it this may.. especially on my new fastest indian.... but Ram is travelling abroad now... n i'm really not interested in doing in June or July coz of the traffic(when you're looking for the true out of the civilization experience.) Not in Sept for the complete lack of snow...... so only option left with me is starting in Oct.. lets see how it works it.

thanks man...i use a Canon 1000D which i bought it for 27k... not it has gone down to 20
