So, he lead the ride and instructions were followed completely because lapse of concentration and complacency can be dangerous. Though I have driven to Nainital many times but still followed the instructions as being told.

We took the Haldwani By-Pass but somewhere took wrong turn and ended up in the city again, stuck in the traffic jam. Somehow we managed to get out of it. Then, started the hill ride which was superb. Climate Temperature dropped considerably and I could feel the cool air touching my body. I felt a sense of achievement when the hill ride started that, "Yes, I have done it" because I did generate the idea of this trip. Thanks to Rahul to build upon it.

              MAIN TIPS:
              1) Maintain distance between the automobiles.
              2) The vehicles coming up hill should be given preference.
              3) Honk on the turns.
              4) Be in your lane.
              5) Park your bike in gear and on main stand.
              6) Use rear brakes while turning if braking becomes necessary.

The road was awesome. NO POTHOLES. The curves were also good and tempting to unleash the leaning skills. Anyways, after an hour of riding on the hills we finally reach Nainital. Here comes a problem, BOOKING. We checked up with the Army Holiday Home and Signals Army Mess but no rooms were available. We both got fed up and then decided to stay in a hotel. Rs. 1000 for two days which is reasonable but the quality was below the satisfaction level.

Talking about our hunger for food which did turn into a wild fire, so we rushed to the restaurant nearby and the manager there could make out we were damn hungry and would add up to the profit margins of his restaurant. My menu is fixed as always: Dal Makhani, Shahi Paneer and Butter Naan. Rahul did have some confusion earlier but finally went with what I suggested (NOTE: He is very diet conscious).

In the evening Rahul and me went for a walk to the flats (The Market Area). Some photos of the lake and the flats:

              Less crowd during season..strange!!

              Sunshine on the cricket ground

I have been to this place many times and but whenever I see the lake its looks beautiful as always..Just love this..and I guess this lake is the heartbeat of this small city which attract tourists from not only but from abroad also..amazing...

Amazing fact: This market has got places of worship together: Gurudwara, Temple, Mosque and the Church . Unity in Diversity
              Nice pics bro!!
