@ Sunilg - You are absolutely right. Email is not a reliable medium for such programmes. And yes, collecting the details after screening the applicants would be a very good idea. And i would like to suggest that even if the applications are submitted as PMs, the final list may please be made public, as there might be some riders who want to undertake a trip to an unventured area and would like to have some kind of support, in terms of information or logistics etc, which they can have easy access to.

Great initiative by the Team. But ek problem hai, I tried pming Sunny Sunil and Sandeep( Wah wah- all S) but the PM just wont take the format of Word. anyhow, will try to mail my info across.

Thanks a lot everyone for your responses, appreciation and inputs. And a bigger thank you to all those who have volunteered or will do so. In fact, the filling in of the needed details has been made easier now. Two on-line forms have been put up. All you need to do now is fill in the requisite information in them on-line or as they used to say in-situ and submit it there and then. These forms will serve the dual purpose of making it easy for you all to fill in the details and easy for us to collate and organise the received data. The links to the two forms are provided below.

After completing golden traingle....and some parts of himachal...im planning for a trip from Goa to Chandigarh in Nov-Dec!!
Any suggestions or advices are needed!!!
