• Planning for a short ride to Perl Valley, Bangalore

Hi Eveyone,

I am planning for a ride to Muthyala Maduvu (
Pearl Valley) on this Saturday (23rd Nov) , it is a picnic spot with a small waterfall. The attraction of the spot is the waterfalls which is formed by thin jets of water which gushes downs. The jets of water form a pond giving it the notion of pearls.

Approx. number of Kms: 40 Kms (one trip)

Unfortunately, yes bhai, this is that place. (facepalm) ramsuresh, i will say avoid this place and make a change in plan, go somewhere else, go to Nandi hills, but not here, this place is not worth to go. BTW congrats for your new bird buddy, now be a wing rider.

ramsuresh , take seahorses advice, stay away from this place, you shall be disappointed. I had been here quite a while back and for the expectations I had gone with I returned utterly disappointed. However if destination doesn't matter and you are doing this for the ride then go ahead

Btw if interested we have a short ride to the kolar ccd this Sunday, you could join us

Check the Bangalore kadambam thread for details.

Re: Planning for a short ride to Perl Valley, Bangalore

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion, I am actually planning for this ride to some trekking etc....and saw that there are around 250 steps to climb down....and also read in other forums that it is good for trekking...

After going through your suggestions, I have changed my plan and am planning to go to Savana Durga....on this sunday 24-Nov

Also, as mentioned before as my bike is new, I haven't yet received the RC book and the showroom guys have told that it will take around 30-45 days to receive the same asked me to show the road tax challan in case of checking...by police... is it ok or will it create any problem....

For a new bike the challan will suffice

Edit : posted details in your other thread
