    Jalori and rohtang, 17th oct, 2014

    Hi friends,

    I recently came back from chanshal pass trip planned by our guru [MENTION=47733]Hoodibaba[/MENTION]

    Now i have been thinking of going to manali and do rohtang pass the next day.

    The route can be

    Delhi-chandigarh-shimla-theog-narkanda-manali

    Jalori pass is on way to manali right?

    Anyone who wants to plan it can comment here. If things go well, we can ride and cover two passes in three days and come back.

      to get to Jalori Pass, you will have to change your track from Aut.. To hit Manali, you will have to take left from Aut and for Jalori, you will have to take right..

      Why do you want to go via Narkanda to Manali?

      You can cut short the ride by almost 60 to 70 kms if you go to Manali via Rupnagar, Punjab..

      Also the roads via Narkanda might not be very good as the roads via Rupnagar..

        Hotels r dirt cheap in manali at the moment...

        It will b well under our budget...

        But since its ur marriage i would suggest u dnt ride, to avoid any mishappening...

        But if u r like me... Crazy and dont believe in superstitions, JOIN ME FOR THE RIDE...

          Well. I am in a huge doubt as my Manager is planning to send me to Hyderabad next week..
