Zeeshan I hope you referring to Mana ahead of Joshimath right?

If Yes - The Route you can take is Gurgaon - Delhi - Meerut - Roorkee - Haridwar - Rishikesh - Srinagar - Gopeshwar - Joshimath - Badrinath - Mana. (approx distance - 600kms)

      Points to be considered -
      1. Pillion Comfort - you can go ahead and break the journey for halts as per the days you have for the ride.
      2. Weather - be ready for chilled weather ahead of Srinagar
      3. Availability of Hotels as it is Off- Season.
      4. Best bet - Stay at Joshimath - go to Mana and come back same day - go to Auli and come back same day.

For any other query feel free to contact me .

        Re: Ride to Mana

Yes Shivanshu you are right...Mana, the last Indian village little ahead of Joshimath. Thanks for the route. What place would u suggest if i want to take a night halt prior to joshimath coz i can ride upto 700 Km in one day, but with a female pillion it might be little difficult coz begum is ready for a straight drive to joshimath, but i know her. Would we be able to get to see snow anywhere around mana or auli. I think niti valley is also close by & i hv total of 6 days on hand. Would it be possible to go upto mana pass & from where can i get inner line permit to visit the mana pass.

Wow you have 6 days in hand great. Well with a female pillion I would simply advice to go slow and steady:

Day 1: Gurgaon - Rishikesh - approx 260kms - expect 6 to 7hrs including the breaks and keeping the female pillion in mind - Halt for the night.

Day 2: Rishikesh - Joshimath - approx 250kms - expect 10hrs - including breaks photo breaks and all.

Day 3: Joshimath - Mana - Joshimath - approx 100kms - Leave early from Joshimath, have breakfast enroute - roam around in Mana - have lunch and start riding back. After
Govind Ghat there is a Landslide prone area please be aware of it.

Day 4: Joshimath - Auli - Joshimath - approx 20kms - Enjoy the ropeway and snow rides in AUli have lunch and come back

          Day 5: Joshimath - Lansdowne - approx 260kms - Expect 10 to 11hrs including breaks and all.

          Day 6: Lansdowne - Guragon - approx 290kms - 7hrs

For Niti Valley and Mana Pass you would need permits so if you can arrange it good. But as per the current situation I dont think it would be easy to get that.
Auli is known for its snow so most probably you should be able to get snow out there.

              Re: Ride to Mana

Is it possible to visit mana village/badrinath in early December? Or are the roads blocked due to snow?
