If you start early morning from Kolkata take the dankuni NH2 road till burdwan, from there take the sh7 which goes upto Moregram. Then follow the highway and cross farakka, Malda and Raiganj. Then just after Raiganj you have to take right turn from BOTOLBARI towards a village road which goes all the way till dhantola. This road is bit narrow but all smooth and in good condition. If you take this botolbari-dhantola road then you can avoid the dalkhola traffic and reach Siliguri before evening if you maintain good speed.
Simple tips - follow the google map navigation of Kolkata to Siliguri. It will also show the exact route. What do you call a Biker who doesn't wear a helmet? An organ donor.
