Touring Query approved. Here are my replies.

Requirement of Riding Gears:-
1. Good helmet for both - please advice for good helmet within 3000rs-4000rs ... My Head Size 610mm and her is 550mm Do check the MT Mugello series from Spartan or this axor helmet series.
2. Also wants to buy Bluetooth for intercom and other things. Good decision. However, branded ones (sena, etc.) will be expensive, do check the chinese ones from Ali express.
3. Riding jackets for both (does it very necessary to buy) or we can move without them also..It is recommended that you wear the maximum available riding gear, including jackets. If jacket is not possible due to budget constraints, then go for elbow guards.
4. Knee or elbow guard for both - (please suggest good quality with minimum budget)
5.Handgloves - - (please suggest good quality with minimum budget) . Again if budget is an issue, then recon gloves from Rynox should be a good option. https://www.rynoxgears.com/collections/gloves
6. Riding Shoes - Does it require if budget is limited? Yes, required, But again riding boots will be expensive. The one jugaad solution is the army boots with metal toe. should be available for less than 1000 bucks a pair.

See, the idea is to wear the maximum protection while riding. However, we understand that quality riding gear is expensive and sometimes out of reach. So would suggest you that you start investing in riding gear in a phased manner and start by buying a good helmet for both the rider and the pillion. Then go for jacket, knee guards, boots, etc. Don't hold yourself back, just ride sensibly.

Requirement for Bike
What are the things required for bike during touring so that tour will run smoothly....
1. Tool kit Basic tool is good enough for the route you will be taking. There are enough mechanics on the way should something go seriously wrong. So don't load yourself too much. An army knife, roll of tape, bungee cords, etc., always come handy.
2. oils No need. Just top it up before the ride and get the bike serviced.
3. Chain Lube and cleaner. Again, not really needed if space is an issue. Any roadside mechanic can clean the chain.
4. Puncture kits or tyre inflator pump (please suggest good quality with minimum budget). Puncture kits are available for about 100-200 bucks from Karol bagh. How we can plan our journey... let’s say we try first time for 300km. Do take frequent breaks to keep yourself from tiring. Take lots of liquid while riding to avoid dehydration. 300 kms in a day is very easily doable on highways. However, if you feel tired being the first timer, do keep a day extra in hand so as to be able to stop short of your destination.
1. Break in between the journey. Stop wherever you feel like. There are plenty of dhabas on the road. With a lady co-rider, cleanliness is a must. For added safety, don't stop at an empty place. Usually, people take first break at Murthal for breakfast, then push it till Karnal at Jhilmil dhaba for lunch break. Then once you are in the mountains, you will be taking a lot of breaks.
2. Precaution on highway Just ride carefully. Avoid riding if you are tired. Don't stop at secluded places on the highway. Don't keep all your money/valuable in one place. Keep few hundred rupees as loose change separately in an easily accessible pocket.
3. Precaution on hilly area. Really take it easy. Don't do blind overtakes. Overtake only if you have clear road ahead. Don't stop on the road if you are taking a break. Stop where there is enough space available to park safely. Don't stop on the curves. Always keep your bike's gear engaged in a parked bike. Be very patient while riding behind a bus or a truck to overtake it. Try to keep your bike in correct gear while climbing and especially while taking hairpin bends, or the bike may stall. Don't overspeed. Enjoy the view and respect the mountains.

We stay in New Delhi.. Tour may be to Shimla or Chail or Lansdowne..

I am not those who like to travel in night, I might start as early as 3am from both side journey. Starting early is always a good thing. Just make sure you that both of you are not sleepy while starting the ride. Keep a can of red bull handy if that is okay with you.

Kindly help me as I don’t want to mess up our journey.

Don't worry and ride safely. And share your experience once you are back.

Bonus tip: Share your live location with someone you trust while you are on the ride. And do update friends/family about your whereabouts regularly.

Point by point i will answer .. i will wait for your reply on those.

HELMETS

1. For Helmet i saw no one suggest Indian manufacturer like studds / steelbirds /Vega.. ?? why are they so inferior... why i am asking because Indian brand helmet will comes under 3000rs.
2. Sadly for me max size available in Indian helmet is 600mm which i feel is difficult for me to use as i having 610mm head size.
3. But some one also told me that these 600mm size helmet will also gets adjusted with passage of time....
4. As suggested by IJS (Inderjeet paaji) , I also found SMK helmets in my budget SMK MA200 Twister or SMK Helmets - Stellar.
5. What about female helmet...

BLUETOOTH

1. No Clue .. as never purchased the same in past. Budget within 1500rs - 2500rs for two set.

RIDING SHOES

1. Nice idea .. I will purchase the same from Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt. one question safety shoes or army shoes are same.. as both having steel toe.

This studd helmets in ₹1800.. though size is only 600mm... It is tuff to wear..but he assured that it will fit within 10days.

I also saw SMK settler Available size was 2xl seems very comfortable but very heavy cost of that helmet os 3500/-...

Sir may I suggest you get a saddle stay for both pillion comfort and easy and safe attachment of soft saddle bags as they tend to rub with the rear tyre when not tied down properly. It's not an absolute necessity but still having one is really a good thing to do in my opinion. Sir, as stated you might be travelling with a pillion, please invest in a hydration pack or take a lot of water and stay hydrated. On bike rides you will get dehydrated at a much faster rate.

It's not necessary to but a Bluetooth com set if you and your pillion are the only travellers, try Google App Store there are plenty of apps that help you stay connected with the help of your mobile's own Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, easy on The pocket and effective as well.

Last thing I might add, If you can please go and purchase the saddle bags personally and have your pillion seated with the saddle bags mounted, it will give you and idea what is the comfort level of the pillion with the saddle bags on.

I suggest you ditch the phone holder and buy a tank bag with a clear display pocket at front and keep your phone there. No risk of accidentally slipping of phone from the holder, and better as well.

Hope that helps, plan ahead and have a safe and fun filled adventure.

Can you please suggest saddle stay for pulsar 180cc. Like we have in duke ..it is simple and sweet does not kill bike look. As i will put that for permanent.

Also can you give pointers to Bluetooth app which you are talking about. Did you personally used it.. ??

At present I not think there are any ready made saddle stay available for pulsar 180,but you can get it fabricated by your local weilder/fabricator,for ideas please search the saddle stay for NS 200 on Google. You will get the idea big brother. It won't cost you much but do be cautious and check the quality of material he uses to fabricate the saddle stay.

For Bluetooth app I used INTERCOM FOR ANDROID link given below

A simple app for real time group calls over WiFi and Bluetooth

And yes I have used it and it worked out pretty well for me.

And another suggestion for you big brother, as you have never been to long journeys on bike, I suggest you start small with about 100 km journey instead of 300km, to cover around 300 km you will need almost 6 hrs, and for a beginner that's a bit too much. Start small gradually add distance. Plus the pillion would be more frustrated during long rides as the have nothing to do except stay seated. So going small distances at the beginning helps.
