  • Stickiest Tyres Ever Made for Bajaj CT100B!

    Hey guys please suggest the stickiest(softest compound) tires available for the following sizes;

    •Front – 2.75 * 17
    •Rear – 3.00 * 17

I wouldn't mind a small up-size for the sake of better grip, tire life is not a concern(in fact lower the better), only grip matters.

    Thanks in advance.

    Topic Approved.

Will you be ready to upsize a little bit if the grip is more?

Wide tires won't fit on ct100 due to swing arm limitations. Look for MRF tries as there are not much in terms of the compound stiffness for tires as on 100 cc tires

Masseter 80/90 for the front and Masseter 100/90 for the rear? I'm not sure if it'll fit correctly at the rear.

In case of availability issues, you can mail them.

Not an issue. In fact I was expecting it and more safety at the cost of a little drag sounds reasonable.

The stock Ceat Secura's are grippy enough but I was thinking of something more. Any clue how much bigger I can go on tire size without fouling?

Need to look put for experience's of using the same. If positive then I believe Masseters would be an awesome bet.

The masseters are acclaimed almost universally.

90/90 might be possible for the front, 100/90 for the back. I can't think of anything better than Masseter in these sizes.

Anything more and it will struggle.

May be you can try ralco as well .Blaster pro(80/100-17) for the rear and blaster f (70/100-17) or blaster magic(2.75-17) which has tread pattern resembling he one that came with older r15s front tyres

You can also look at Mrf Zapper Fy1 90/80-17 for the front and Mrf Zapper P 90/90-18 for the rear. I can bet for the masseter also for the rear as i am using one currently on my ZMA.

                  ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

Sorry! My bad.... i dont think zapper p can fit the rear as it is an 18 inch tyre.

Hello bro, did you get some tyre for CT100? I own myself one and really enjoying its ride quality and willing to improve it further with better tyres. Please suggest me if you have got some better tyres, I am planning to replace the stock one soon. I like masseter myself but not sure if they would fit.

I'm currently taking to a Timsun Supplier who said he'd be fine with sourcing the tires for me as long as I agree to pay in advance.

Total cost would be under 5k for both tires. Will post pictures once I get hold of them.

In case you're looking for tyre&tube set you can buy

2.75*17(front) & 3.00*17(rear) you can try metro continental tyres as the tyres are heavy and good grip and gives you life.

In case you have changed into alloy wheels, try

70*100*17(front) & 80*100*17(rear) in the same brand. I know coz I own a multi brand tyre showroom. Most of them ll tell you to buy MRF but it's truly not worth it.

Since you're a dealer, I guess you're the best person to ask.

I have an Pulsar AS 200. I want a off-road tyre. What options are there in 130 section?

There are not a lot of tyres for 130 section. You can downsize your tyre to 120 and get a close to off road tyre. Coz 130 comes in super bike segment. Shall I check and let know. I'm in vacation now. If you can send me a private message and I'll be glad to get back.
