That is the only option i have ..already it is used for 1000km..its not i am having issue with masseter but not confident in very hard braking..also i have changed my Mc to karizma bybre one with new brake pads ..may be they have strong bite than earlier which was very old but still feedback is not there so not able to modulate the brake pressure accordingly ..will change hose to steel braided one to have more feedback and fluid flush..lets see how these combination work.Originally posted by kiran2508 View Post

I've got a Avenger 220 Street. Avoiding the stock tires that it came with as a replacement, do I have any better options that'll offer GRIP over LIFE ? Both, the front and rear are due for replacement. Need to change them ASAP. All inputs are anticipated and appreciated.

If you are not much budget concerned then go for michilin pilot Street at rear (if size is available then use it at front also) it may cost u around 7k/pair total.

Off roading not recommended on these tyres still it ll do the job except hard off roading.
If budget is concerned go for MRF revz series which is also Radial and multi compound . Hi may get it within 5k.
Less grip and less tyre mileage.

Duke 390 tyre options
2017Duke390 stock tyres have wore out at 7.5k. Rear tyre has gone bald on one side. I have been hitting right turns probably too hard. Front tyre look surprisingly okay. IMO it can take another 7-8k before it becomes racing slick like rear.
I miss how confident bike used to feel while dipping in corners. I am looking for an upgrade from stock M5. At same time I am expecting tyre life of 7-8k kms, should I just stick with M5? I mostly do city/short distance rides, 500+km ride once in 3-4 month, 1-2 trackdays in 6 months
What other options are there?
Should I change both front and rear together?
Please let me know if this topic has been discussed before, here or, on some other thread.

Many youtubers seem to be promoting Apollo AH1 tyres but I have heard differently from a friend who is using it. whats your opinion of this tyre?
M7rr seem to be only upgrade from M5 but I doubt it would last even 6000 kms

Yes m7 rr would be the upgrade to m5s but Apollo is good too i have been using it on my Dominar and few of my friends are also using it , and have used these last year in leh. Unlike metz which last only 8 to 10k kms Apollo would last longer.

I think I'll go with Michelin Street 130/70 R17 for rear, confused about front tyre now. The rear is costing 5300. From Amazon, the front 110/70 is priced 4-4.2k.Originally posted by prasadD400 View PostHi buddy..
