    @Rambo,
    Its only been 2 days for this tyre, and already I am high on confidence both for the breaking as well as the handling.. The Dealer told me to be easy on the brake for the first 100-120 kms ( just to ease the tyre ).. Lets see how will it respond after that.. Going to Coorg this weekend ( which is mroe than 250kms one way ).. Hope it lives upto the expectation on the Highway...

    Adi is going for a tyre change ( probably after 1k kms ).. If you also wanna do it, then you can both do at one go ..

    OT: I am thinking of getting commission from the Dealer ( coz, i am giving him so many bikes, for tyre change )

      Yeah,will waiting for 250km ride report
      Ride safe...first 100km is a bit less grippy i observed on my m45.

        hello everybody..

        i wanna upgrade my cbz xtreme 's tyres from stock (100/90 MRF zapper) to one having a bit more size.. i m actually having a dilemma whether bigger size tyres would have a direct fit to the rim or not.. please suggest me a range and help me with my confusion

          I faced with 6 punctures on the rear tyre of R15 today morning, the tyres are 4000 kms old. i was wondering shall i change the tyres as the punctures are fixed perfectly and there is no air change or anything till now. the tyre strips are still in good shape.

          Or shall i go with slime which takes care of future punctures automatically.

              Welcome to the frequent punctures on the R15 tyre club ! 6 punctures on a 4000 km tyre is more than usual. If the tyre is holding air then there is no reason to worry. I tried the slime thing when my tyre was getting frequently punctured. Didnt work. Save your money.

                Just got my front tyre changed today from Karol Bagh

                MRF Zapper FS 90/90 17 TL (the pulsar 200/220/180 UGIV front)

                Total 1650 including the valve. 20 bucks for labour.
                200 | 300 | 1200 BOXER

                    thanx aneesh.. i personally like zapper Q for its good city performance which u have suggested.. could u plz suggest me a range of such more tyre sizes which will have a direct fit to the cbz xtreme's stock rim ??

                      It'll take around 150-200 kms for the tires to break-in. Expect better grip levels post this mark.

                      BTW, this is a very popular choice for ninja's abroad... so much that the stock IRC's are dumped for the SD's almost immediately. Speaks a lot about the pro's of the tire. You wont be disappointed.

                      All you can expect is a set of valves for all the referrals... maybe a tube at the most. but then you have tubeless tires so no point.

                      6 punctures? better change to a new tire mate. Unless you plan to ride within the city where speeds are vastly limited.

                      Don't risk your life for a few thousand rupees.

                        Its really hard to fix wider tires in cbz xtreme,I wont suggest you to go for wider tires more than 110 size.110 is the perfect size for cbz xtreme.Look at these pics of cbz extreme having Michelin M45 4.0 @ rear.

                            Help! CB Twister rear tyre change

                            Hi Guys!

                            I own a Honda CB Twister and would like to change my rear tyre, it doesnt give a proper grip and skids when brakes are applied. The rear tyre is of the following dimensions 100/80/17 53p tubeless. As of now the rear tyre is MRF Nylogrip Zapper-YM. Could you please suggest an alternate for the said dimensions.

                            Need your suggestions.

                              are you sure its a 100/80 width tire on twister . looks like a 70 or 80 section 1 to me .
