    • front tyre cbz extreme

i am going to fit donlop 90/90-18 tyre in front of my cbz extreme?
height of this tyre is little more(about 1inch) than stock one.
any problems in handling, mileage and performance?
      is it good or not?
or better change to same stock MRF 2.75/18?

        You sure?You checked the size?

        @ akatl

        Bro get Michelin M45 2.75 * 18 for your front tire,If you need a little bigger tire,go for 3.0 * 18,I am using 3.0 * 18 in my karizma.

              with wider front tyres
              a) your mileage will go down a bit .
              b) your acceleration (pick-up) will become slower .
              c) steering will become heavier .. i.e less easy to flick and turn the bike thru traffic . bike will become little bit more stable in straight line . both of this because of increased tyre weight .
              d) increase in faltu rolling resistance will wear out your chain sprocket & crank earlier .
              e) you'll feel road bumps less .
              f) your tyre will have less bite in rains and mud because of increased contact patch area .
              g) front braking will improve a bit .
this if from my real experience .
MRF zapper FS is good front tyre .

                It may be unnoticeable.

                b) your acceleration (pick-up) will become slower .
Shifting from 2.75 to 3.0 wont decrease your acceleration.

                Agree.

MRF zapper FS is good front tyre .
From my experience it is not so good in wet.

You'll be noticing it soon enough , as soon as the ongoing state-assembly elections are over in 5 states on 10th may , petrol prices are going up again , they have already decided .. just holding out now cause of them elections .

                  • Hi

I have a gen 1 Unicorn. I got Macwheels fitted last weekend. Tyres were stock. They have helped me through 44.5k kms. For rear tyre, I had short listed following:
                    > Michellin Pilot sporty
                    > Pirelli Sports Demon
                    > Ceat Vertigo Sport

After reading reviews for Michellin pilot sporty about poorer performance in gravel, it got rejected. PSD was available in 110/90/18 and was costing 3800/-. Ultimately changed to Ceat Vertigo Sport.

For front I am looking for 3.00-18 tubeless options but there were none available at Atul tyres, Wakdewadi. Earlier they had a Pirelli tubeless for front but it was out of stock today. The guy there suggested a continental tubetype options(I think ContiGo or something like this).

Guys please advise some tubeless/tube type options for front.
