Yes, my Classic 180 was on Zapper-FS (2.75-18) and Zapper-Q (100/90-18), and it turned into a supermotard every freaking time it rained....Just two weeks back Switched to Michelin Sirac Street for both front (2.75-18) and rear (100/90-18). Unbelievable grip on gravel, loose sand, wet sand, and clay. Very good grip on wet tarmac, and brilliant grip on dry tarmac.Originally posted by Blumarine005 View PostWhy is it bad? Does Zapper Q performs badly in wet conditions???
Will update as soon as I can find more different types of road surface
Also, in India we should refer to it as Road Scarface

Can anyone share their view about Michelin Pilot sporty tyres? (size 2.75*18 and 3*18 for front and rear). An opinion on how they fare compared to Michelin Sirac street tyres and Pirelli Sports demons?
OT: The dealer who promised to get me M45 tryes now says that he cant, so out of luck. If Pilot sporty can offer decent grip on wet/dry tarmac, and if it does not wear out as quickly as Pirelli SDs, I will pick them up instead. Hunt for the M45 still continues though.- Which Engine oil for Karizma ZMA/ZMA-R? - Check this

The above posts are derived from aggregation of opinions of several xBhp ZMA riders, based on personal experience/common sense. Please be advised that some things might differ from manufacturer's recommendations.

I have a Sirac 120/90 for rear and Pilot sporty 100/80 (17") on front for my P220. Pilot sporty is a medium compound tyre and performs well in wet & dry tarmac, flickability and cornering confidence is defintily a improvement from stock tyre.Originally posted by prashk View PostCan anyone share their view about Michelin Pilot sporty tyres? Please post an image of your front tyre on the bike.Originally posted by yuv_biKING View PostI have a Sirac 120/90 for rear and Pilot sporty 100/80 (17") on front for my P220. And how much did you pay for it?
EDIT: This would be asking for too much, but is it possible to post a pic of your bike side by side with another with a stock tyre.Last edited by Praful; 07-19-2011, 07:37 PM._________________________

Yes it performs badly.I have seen a C5 skidding in wet roads in less than 40kmph speed.Originally posted by Blumarine005 View PostWhy is it bad? Does Zapper Q performs badly in wet conditions???
As Yuv has mentioned the Pilot sporty is a medium compound tyre, offers decent grip on wet tarmacs and is good for cornering if not as good as PSD's.Originally posted by prashk View PostCan anyone share their view about Michelin Pilot sporty tyres? BUT I doubt if it is available for 18' wheels.
