    Doing on CI is as much of a pain as doing it on AVL/LB. Just make sure your engine is in good condition and the oil pump is working fine.
    ys i agree, 535 has a bigger sproc than others, will have a complete check on the bike before I attempt on anything, looking at doing a 400 mile stretch may be on day light with 8 - 10 hrs time window to practice and then lets see

      Ma Bike done with a 19 teeth Sproc, a disc, changed oil to Shell 20/50 with a STP Oil Treatment, clutch plates changed to 5 plates, chain changed....will try and do a day time ride to cover atleast 600 to 700 Kms in say around 8 hrs....then let me decide on doing the ss

            @JD666 - As you said the gears are high and at lower speeds the gears are hard after changing the primary sproc, but on a highway at 100kms speed my rpm is at < 3k...which was high earlier....thanks for your info mate
