That's right dude! R15 gives you all that power and feel without compromising with the fuel efficiency. With ever rising cost of petrol I just need 150cc since rest of the bike is pretty sexy now! I don't have a strict requirement of a 250cc engine.
Just want Yamaha to launch it asap or I will be throwing stones at their showroom sometimes from now

I think u didnt get my point my friend. Say if Yamaha told that r15 would be launched in 7days and to keep their word they bring out r15 with underperforming engine and poor handling due to hurry would the potential buyer buy that r15?
Let them properly test their thing first then surely they will come out with some concrete.

Yes, my friend, even I don't want R15 (or whatever it is) to be released soon and then have quality issues. All I am looking for is an official statement from Yamaha saying that they are working on a new bike with this much cc and they are expecting to release it in say, 2 or 3 months or may be even by year end. I think such a statement would put an end to a lot of speculations going on here. :-)

Yamaha is more than happy with the confusion they're causing with these "spy pics"

free publicity. and it will keep away (quite a few) potential buyers from buying a bike from the competition.

Yesterday out of curiosity i visited a Yamaha showroom in Bangalore. I asked for a test ride of R15 and a brochure. The showroon person replied there is no vehicle for test ride and we are awaiting the new r15 and also no brochures

Lol... which showroom is that ... coz .. as of i know just last week in one of the showrooms they have received the fresh lot of R15's , and about broucher part ..yes its not available from past 1.5years

Does anyone have any idea when Hyosung is going to launch GT250R in India?

I am planning to upgrade to a 250cc bike within 2 lakh. CBR did not excite me enough, probably due to its non-aggressive looks.

Majority of indian motorcycle market being dominated by 100 cc's and 125 cc's so most probably it's the R125 and friend it's just my thought after all its a speculation thread right and my friend Bad wolf that was real bad when Yamaha launches the bike lets see who's the real winner always dude just kidding no hard feelings and that picture it was nice you got a fan you got to be thankful to me for that
