am planning to get a GT650R.But if either the Yamaha R6 or the CBR600RR launches soon, I would really really regret taking a GT650R right now!

I guess except Daytona 675 .........no 600cc supersports is going to come to India soon.

And that said, Daytona 675 is the class leading supersports bike in the 600cc segment with performance close to the Ducati 848EVO.

Triumph Daytona 675 is to 600cc Superpsorts, what BMW S1000RR is to the Superbike category.

FYI,a 600 supersports will be a good 3L costlier than the GT.

With the enormous success of 650s (by Garware and Kawi), it would have been so much nice had Honda brought in their practical middle weights (CBF600 or CBR600F).

We would have got an affordable (~6-7 lacs) inline 4 cylinder bike from Honda. The former (CBF600) suddenly seems tailor made for India (~75 bhp, centre stand, big grab rails, raised handle, low seat height.. the list goes on).

HMSI should seriously consider bringing these. I can bet sales would be off the chart, compared to litre class insane bikes.

I keep reading in alot of sites that the R6 and CBR600RR will come out in a few months time and that the price will be 6L approximately! Don't know how legit the news is, but most of the site seem to say the same thing!All I can say is FINGERS CROSSED!

I would probably sell off my one kidney to a rich patient to buy the R6 if it launches @ 2012
