  • Bangalore Wheels has updated information about the new R15 on its website: Bangalore Wheels

Bangalore Wheels in an Authorised Yamaha Dealer in Bangalore, and even sells its CBU bikes..

    My views on the YZF-R15 V2.0: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/news/198...tml#post699240

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

see the pic..this is the one uploaded on the site... there are some reasons why its a fake

1)just look at the rear seat.. there's a grab rail attached to the tailpiece....current testing version don't have one...!
2)this is a picture from the internet & this pic has silencer on the left side....!
a single cylinder 150cc bike posses twin silencer........?
3)technical changes noted at the site is fully from our thread

Probably the end product does have one, or the test one has it too but not clearely visible
2)this is a picture from the internet & this pic has silencer on the left side....!
If you notice, the images has been inverted (mirrored) look at the yamaha text below

Mirror image Hence the exhaust is on the wrong side

There are many other sources apart from xBhp, probably it might be true. Bangy motors wouldn risk it reputation

        • Its a PS'ed pic.
The reason that they have smartly cropped the front portion of the bike is that in that particular image the bike still retains the old fairing with a R6'ish headlamp assembly ( + the added stripes like structure in between the fairing ).The pic from which it's cropped:

Anyways if the 15/47 sprocket rumor is true and Yamaha doesn't change either the internal gearing or raises the rev limiter then the top speed would come down to a speedo indicated 146 km/hr (152kmph for current version) Check Gearing Commander: Motorcycle Speed, RPM, Chain & Sprockets Calculator

Not sure, but am guessing a lot more 250cc entries into the market with the CBR250 selling like hot cakes. And then the 600cc bikes(hopefully). Fingers Crossed!

CBR250 selling like hot cakes because Honda's cakes are much cheaper than Kawasaki's cakes. Hope Kawasaki give some discount for there cakes.

for 600's planning to hire some fingers, so that all Fingers be Crossed ...
