Anyway, is this OTR or ex-showroom price?
If it is ex-showroom, then what happened to Diya Garware's statement of competitive pricing up there with the best (Honda)
If it is ex-showroom price, then that brings it to the same (or slightly higher) price range than Ninja.
Many like me will drop out. If there is too much of a price difference, CBR will sell even more.
Waiting to know more from MG.

On another note, it is more fun discussing some bike other than R15 V2!

And what's that price..2.5 to 2.75 is definitely pretty high I think. It's not a Yamaha.

the hyosung gt250r is a good buy if its otr is 2.5 - 2.75 lakhs considering its twin features. but if the above mentioned price is of ex-showroom, then there will be hardly any takers for it..
never thought it would roll out so early... surprised.. pleasantly though..

No way. 2.5 on road and i'm all for it. At anything near 3, the kawasaki is still the best option IMO

please bear with my silly question as I haven't heard any XBHPian's review on the GT250R.

The return of the beloved India's first performance 250.......the Comet GT250.

I had ridden Comet 250 and from what I felt, it had a beefy ride quality and felt more substantial than the Ninja 250R.

The newer GT250R just gets an Fi for precise throttle response and FE and a fairing for flair and to reduce high speed discomfort.You can all assume this as the only true Ninja 250R competitor.

What ever happened to the GW250

As you already know.........it is coming soon.

I never said that I have more news on GT. Although I'm sure about the pricing of GT but since its not yet confirmed so I'm quoting it

Scoop 2: Two Honda 600cc is currently going through homologation process. Will be launched sometime in the beginning of next year. Model(One is CBR 600F but can't say it with 100% surity) and price unknown.
