Its main purpose is to protect the chassis in case of accident, may some times save the fairings too. I am sure its a good investment .

Pardon my ignorance, how will installing a frame slider at the sides will protect the frame during crash, especially, if the crash is not from the side?

Insurance, not investment It doesn't earn you money. Anything related to motorcycle is only depreciation, not an investment

Hey buddy , I have nothing against you, just sharing what i know .

Chassis protectors AKA frame sliders. Bike has 2 wheels its is meant to fall on its side .

Simply think of it as a your protective gear(investment to save your body) .e.g. Jacket, when you fall the jacket outer leather/textile takes the hit (in case of the bike fairing gets hit) the elbow guards in the jacket save your hand from getting black and blue (in case of the bike frame slides protect the chassis).

Not all investment is about money my friend .

Anyone here knows Akra release dates ?

^^ LOL at that name 'Massive Dynamic'!

I like the handle bar setup. Looks cool but don't know if it is practical!

Usman, many thanks for the price list buddy .

Please share you comments on the quality of the product .

I had called Byking India for the Levers. I wanted the adjustable folding leavers, but they did not pick that model they just have adjustable leavers . I Need to find another source for getting it .

One more thing the price from Byking India is twice the actual cost not sure why though

                    Cheers

                    • Quality is top notch buddy. and yes they have only adjustable as the folding one's can be prone to problems of the folder bearing breaking or loosening. I would recommend you go for adjustable levers only.
As for the pricing buddy its Customs duty as well as freight and insurance that increases the cost.

I guess those are the prices in Thailand.

Yes, wanted couple of stuffs from the list. But its way too costly. More than double/triple of the cost from Thai Price List. So haven't ordered anything yet.

                                my dear friend.
the price list you have got is in thai bhat.
first know what is the official conversion bank rate ?
                                2) the import duty plus panelty on the motorcycle accessories ?
                                3) the freight on the parcel ?
                                4) in mumbai 5.5 % octroi duty on the motorcycl accessories ?
after adding all these fixed expenses then let me know if we a re charging any thing wrong ?
my dear friend if u import it directly u'll be at loss altogether and also you'll have more trouble from the customs also.
