Its a copy of Ninja650 (2011), with N250 priced at 3.20 (almost) and N650 at 5.10 (I may be wrong) I am little apprehensive whether this would get some buyers or notOriginally posted by prads.cs View PostThe Ninja 400R might be just around the corner :-)
as of now for Canada only :-)
Ninja 400R - Street/touring - Model 2012 - Canadian Kawasaki Motors Inc.
Honestly some tourers like us want some thing more torque-y mill for those steep hillsOriginally posted by satyenpoojary View PostIs there anyone else who wants a High Powered Impulse for touring?

Neah, I dont want to do proper offroading, but yeah a purpose built touring bike is what Ive been waiting for long. This is the best bet so far (if it ever comes)

So back to the topic - Speculations
A certain website has speculated that Honda is launching its CBR based CRF250L in the market, and a completely new 600 for India. I for one is pretty keen to know on the 250 (Hopefully it will have a bigger tank as a accessory)
Is there anyone else who wants a High Powered Impulse for touring?
I doubt it can be used for proper offroading rides, i mean you can but certain limit only.
You cant head out like they do on ADV Rider. or can you??

Just hope its not anothr date, which will go on to disappoint us.Originally posted by sayank10yes it is.today visited another bajaj close to my place, the receptionist there told me that on road price will be around 1 lakh 5 thousand, bookings will be open from 1 st week of may and the bikes will delivered in 4 th week.
About speculation at height, i think there was more speculation going on before the launch of Yamaha R15 v2.0

What we saw of the 200NS were early release to market level of products. The test mules were just prototypes. The mass production of the bike has already started sometime in April first week. So point 1, 2, 3 are all hoax.Originally posted by Horror View PostI think there might be 3 reasons as to why they are delaying the launch:
1) They are trying to cash in on the duke(what most people are speculating)
2) The bike with current parts is having a higher price and they are trying to cut it down.(unlikely)
3) They have come across some some majour problem in the bike and are trying to fix it.
The cashing in on the duke hopefully and probably is the reason for the delay in launch.
Its a proper software like beta to launch phase.

200 ns
Guys i again called up BAJAJ Customer care few moments ago.
The guy told the bikes are on being put on test so as to make sure the bike performs right when launched. As of now there is no information of the launch date!!
When i debated that this statement contradicts the earlier information given by them, he said- they tell us that much whatever info they have from the company..
Now i dont believe them.
I mean Whatever info they are giving its already available on internet...
Bajaj officials must know by when they are actually going to launch this bike,so they cant be providing wrong info to Customer care guys.
Rather i think Yamaha C.Care is better, coz that guy gave me a release date for R15 v2.0 much earlier, and it was very close to actual release date!!!!

200 NS Bajaj Logo
Guys, there are all total three BAJAJ logos in 200NS, as shown in the Unveiling day.
1) At headlamp
2) At Instrument Console
3) At Left side of the Engine Itself!! http://www.burnyourfuel.com/wp-content/gallery/pulsar-200-ns/Pulsar200NS-Engine-1.jpgLast edited by Shibadip; 04-25-2012, 03:28 PM.

Well, as for the 1,10,000 part he seemed very sure, as I told him I need to arrange for the finances, and he said its 1,10,000 with definite certainty.Originally posted by sayank10 View Postnow 1,10,000 onroad is highly contradicting with vfm bajaj tag.i still believe pulsar will be restricted with in 1 lakh.
they will bring blue variant, blue pulsar is the most good looking pulsar, but then initially p135 didn't have blue colour.
As for blue variant, he said as per info given to them for first set of bikes to arrive in showroom, blue wasnt included as an option. So he said he's not to sure about the availability of blue in the market.
Well, just another half an hour to go for 25th, I'm praying he doesn't change his stance regarding bookings opening today/tomorrow
