FOR GRANT OF NO-OBJECTION CERTIFICATE TO TRANSFER VEHICLE
For grant of NOC, one has to apply along with the following documents:
    1. Form 28 in triplicate with chassis impression 2. Registration Certificate3. Insurance certificateMy concern is that In many posts it is mentioned that to get NOC from RTO, first we need to have NOC from police department but here on the website it is not mentioned in required documents. Can anybody help me out what are the documents needed to get NOC from Noida RTO office?
other relevant information are also welcome.

The folks are PRS should be able to help you with this. Last I remember, they had shipped some bikes to Chennai!

Have no business to be in Delhi, but a weekend is what it would take to be there!
Sponsor fuel and the return flight ticket and Id ride :P

The temporary registration certificate mentions the RTO where the bike is to be registered. No other NOC required. Only insurance certificate is required.

                      • Authority letter to transport bike on train

                        Hi Guys,
I want to transport my bike from sealdah to new delhi via 12259 Sealdah-New Delhi Duronto Express in luggage van.
I have read all the rules about the same. Since i am presently in Delhi, my brother will be taking all the pains to bring the bike here. I have few queries regarding the transport
                        1) Is there a luggage/brake van available in Duronto express? I have searched a lot on the internet, some say it is available and some says it is not available. Please guide.

                        2) Since the bike is registered on my name, is it possible for my brother to book the bike in luggage van and bring it here in delhi? Will he require some kind of authority letter? If yes, can you please provide me the format for the same?

                        Thanks.

The bike was transported successfully to Delhi. No NOC or authority letter was needed. And yes, there is a luggage van in Duronto Express which remains almost empty .

                              Thanks.
