    the agent should be reliable.
By transfer, i assume you mean transport your bike. You can ship your bike to delhi and back by train. You can do it by just going to the railway station, filling out a form, packing your bike properly and getting it shipped in advance.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Well yes, buy pulsar 220 has fiber front. i dont want it to get damage, getting agent will ensure all the petrol draining cleaning tank & all packing & loading it on the train take place under his supervision.

Any ways i got to know that there one transport company who transfer bike in individual steel cage though little bit expensive, but will make sure that bike dont get damage at all.

        thanks all

thats nice, lucky you. but having no relative in railway , i have disadvantage ;P .

Actually i dont wanna take chance with my 5 months old bike. if from mumbai to delhi there is issue, i have to search parts in delhi, which will consume time & money. i think while comming back i can think for transfering via train. so if any damage i can replace anything in mumbai,

I have recently used Agarwal packers (Agarwal Packers and Movers, Packers and Movers, Movers and Packers, India - the one with the fauji pic) to transport my bike back from Chandigarh to Bangalore. They promised shipping in 14 days and were true to their word. Packing was good and there was not even a scratch. I could even track the shipment basis the consignment number which they updated every 3rd day or so

A little pricey (definitely more than booking it in as luggage on a train for which you should also have a ticket as a passenger) but they turned out to be reliable.

What are the charges? and are the charges specific to the bike? Would be helpful if you could give me an idea before I call them up to get the price.

                        • Need to transfer Ninja 650 from Bangalore to Gurgaon

                          Hi

I am planning to relocate to Gurgaon this month and need to transport my Kawasaki Ninja 650. I was looking for professional Packers and movers who are used to transporting high capacity motorcycles with care. Can anyone suggest me about any good packers who might be suitable for this job?

I want to ride down to Gurgaon but am not able to do so due to time constraints between jobs.

                          Thanks in advance

                          Karan

Has anybody tried transporting motorcycle from Bengaluru to Mangaluru?

I am planning to transport my Duke 390 to Puttur (in Karnataka) from Bengaluru. I got a quote of INR 4,800/- from VRL. Is their any cheaper alternative apart from Railways?

Riding is not an option due to various constraints.

Don't trust VRL. Go with other company
