  • [xBhp Universal Thread]: Carb Jets(For Modding Purposes)

    Guys the forum is flooded with queries of jet sizes after filter or exhaust mods,so i decided to start a universal thread which will contain the main jet sizes of almost all indian bikes so that it can be convinient to anyone looking for re-jetting.

    Here are few,which i remember:-
    Zma=125

    Fz or Fazer=112.5

    Unicorn=115

    Apache 160=105

    Apache 180=125

    Pulsar 150ug3=107.5

    Pulsar 180ug3=117

    Pulsar 150ug4=117

    Pulsar 200=110

    Pulsar 220=115

    Rx100=115

    Rx135=165

    Rx135 5s=135

    .......more additions from fellow members is required.

    Advice is a form of nostalgia.
    Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

            1:You can contact your nearest automobile spare parts shop for specific bike's jet,they can help you out.

            2:No,It only handles 1/4 of the total throttle,after that it depends on main jet.

            3:Why change so much parts,first experiment with main jet only and you will be good to go.
            Then also if you feel the need then you can change the position of float pin and change pilot jet.

            @Samarth 619:Yes you can get them drilled or order a few online.

                  Try Unicorn or pulsar 150ug4's main jet.
                  Why to go bangalore? You can easily get them at Authorised Service Centers of the respective bikes.If not available place an order you will get them most probably in a weeks time.
