This is only for waterless wash, it offers very less protection compared to the real word "protection" on your mind.

But it is a paint sealant.. (Can I use wax over paint sealant)

Which is paint sealant? Wax & sealant does the same job of protecting the paint; the difference being cost over effort with sealant.

For the swing arm and the frame he said Collnite 850 metal wax

Nope; avoid it. Swing arm, if I remember right, has a paint over it; use a simple wax, that should do good; best cost effective...for swing arm.

Is he selling SwirlX or asking you to buy from Meguiars?

Wax for metal and sealant for paint... How good is the Megs swirl X and why is it not there on Megs India website??

RG.. You seem to be my savior here.. I know I am asking for too much of spoonfeeding but please help me get the right products..
Visited all the links you posted.. One of them says that the Megs swirlx has some oils which cover up the scratches till the next wash. That's not what I want. I want something to cut into the swirls with use of simple hand and microfiber cloth. Megs seem to be the best company here but which product??

See, you need to define your needs first for it; there're million products in market specific to each purpose, so define the purpose/need first

Ultima cycle armor is not a greatest of greatest, but yes, they make products that does it's job.

Are you sure the the swing arm of Duke had paint over it?? I thought it was cast aluminum..

No I could be wrong; I haven't seen Duke's swing arm in close. So pls opt to trust me out of this one. If it's cast aluminium, then you'll need Col 850 like Sanjay said, but a bottle will outrun the life of Duke.

Scratch X 2.0 is what you recommended. Is our of stock in Megs website

Swirl X has a bit less cutting power than the former and got some polishing oils so I should stay away if I want it to actually level the scratches and not fill them.

If Ultimate Cycle Armor is what you won't say is the best then which one is?? You see the Duke has a lot of vinyl, matte, rubber parts exposed to the elements of nature which is my major concern.. Your pick/ best product you would use have you been the owner of the Duke??

P.S. - I take your words very seriously so please suggest the best..

Is there any alternate other than PPF (Paint Film Protection) for D390?. I use Sonax mild shampoo, Sonax MF sponge and MF cloth for cleaning. Since PPF is on the higher side, quite hesitant on investing for it. The decals are already losing their gloss. This in spite I take her out once in three days and keep her under wraps all the other while. 3M polish was used only once by ASC guys. Let me know brothers...
