AFR seems correct...and the plug heat range is also correct, but you seem to be getting a slight amount of oil into combustion chamber...if there is no reduction in oil level after 800 ~1000 Kms then the oil leak is most likely through Valve stem seal . 6.6 K ohm resistance in the plug resister is a bit high. The value should be 4~5 K ohm for good results...may be the plug is slowly developing higher resistance and likely to fail later...better to chose a suitable NGK plug .
    Good Luck.

      Thank you sir!
This time I'll get it inspected by different svc centre and 'll get the tappets adjusted.

If the tip of the plug remains golden colour, it's ok

I am using Bosch Twinhead spark plug for my pulsar Ug4.5. Are there any specific differences from the stock plug if any ? Is it a good idea ?

IMHO the engine is rightly tuned as you can see the plug Coke brown in color and not much of carbon although in the first two pics the electrode appears to be blurred

How many Kms on ODO ?
The heat range is correct and bike is running slightly lean...but you seem to be getting oil in the chamber..The plug ring shows burnt oil deposits and threads also show wet oily deposit...could be rings or Valve stem failure(if a 4 stroke engine) , depending upon the amount of oil the engine consumes.
2 strokers usually have this deposit due to the 2T they burn in the chamber..

7500 km on odo. The bike is hornet 160r . Regarding oil on plug ring can it be possible that service centre had applied it. I read that mechanics apply some oil to facilitate easy tightening. TIA sir.

even if oil is applied to facilitate easy threading, it burns off ..the black deposit on the plug ring is what I referred to check for oil in chamber...Check for early morning start with slight smoke...and no smoke afterwards which will confirm valve stem seal leak...what is the oil consumption in 1,000 to 1,500 kms ? if you need topping up at those Kms of use suspect ring leak..if not Valve stem leak is suspect...
Of course the center electrode shows absolutely no serious oil leak in to chamber , which is why I suspect the stem seal leak...best to ask ASC mechanic to check, and raise a service complaint in job card about the same..

Going to take my motorcycle's spark plugs out, clean them, put them back, tune my carb and will post pics later for experts to judge the A/F ratio and faults if any.
Edit 1 - Found oil and oil deposits on thread and ring, with center electrode showing no such signs, black sooty deposit, also noticing smoke at early morning start with no issues later. I feel my valve stem seals have failed. I am also noticing oil leak from cylinder head. I need oil topup at 500km this time, surprising. Any experts that would help me into a more detailed study of this ? Thanks.
