check the water level of battery.

else get it checked whether each cell is holding charge or not.

in winters kick start in morning.

need to buy a new battery..which brand do u suggest?
and wats d difference between 7ah and 9ah...i use 55/60w halonix.

any info on osram nightbreaker and phillips crystal vision?? which one's better??

CBR250 Battery warranty card

Hey guys ,
Does honda provide battery warranty card separately or not ? I also searched around the battery and found nothing. Asked the honda ppl and they said they dont give separate warranty for the battery and that its warranty starts from the date of delivery of the bike.. Can i trust these people ?

Hello fellow riders, I have a query regarding battery replacement. My ride is a Yamaha Gladiator SS (2009 model). It runs on 12V-5AH battery ( factory spec.). Currently I am using amco battery but its past its life and I am going for a new one. I need to know what good for my bike and I also wish to state that I have done zero electrical mods, everything runs in stock setup.
I went through Amaron website and found Amaron Alpha Pro-Biker, how good is it ? anyone used it before ?
But when I did "Choose Your Battery" search in the same website I got this: Pro Bike Rider, ABR-PR-12APBTX50.
I am unable to view the specifications of the battery. Please throw some light on the same.

Go for Amaron's Maintenance Free battery. These batteries are gel based and do not require top up like Acid batteries.

Yeah, it's annoying; nevertheless both eXide/Amaron batteries are good. Find a nearest eXide/Amaron exclusive retail where they only sell batteries. eXide has Xtreme series for MF batteries.


ABR-PR-12APBTX50 is from Beta series & I bought one for ₹ 1300/- few months back for my Access125.

I used my dry cell ups battery for 2 years in my bike:P:P:P
And my uncle uses a emergency torch light battery in his bike.
And my old battry had already spent a year in my ups... it went kaput after that... craked from a side from a fall..
I put a exide 9b 9amp 12v battery after that its running fine do check ups every 3 mths
Now my ups works as a battery chsrger for the batteries of all my and my friends bikes :P:P:P

Also a friend bough and got an excide 95 9 amp battery installed on my bike for me. I paid obviously didnt have time totske it, but its not maintenance frre and has a 18 month warranty and it was 1700rs was it too overpriced? ???
