I want to purchase Bluetooth head set which will attach to my helmet, but I am confused for which company I should go?
1. Midland BT Next
2. Scala Rider G9
3. Sena SMH-5 or SMH-10
Please help me to select anyone
which one is Good for rain, range and durability?
I have been using a smh10 for about 1 month now, the voice quality is awesome, both at sending and receiving end. The speakers do a great job, its pretty decent for music too. I would vouch for sena products.
Never tried out scala and never heard of midland, so that's that.
Was browsing the web for Bluetooth headsets for a helmet and came across many options
1- Sena (10s)
2- Sena (20s)
3- Scala G9X
4 - Chinese Devices ( from AliExpress)
5- Midland BT Next ( from Bachoo Motors)
So now with so many bikers on Xbhp will help to understand which is Better keeping in mind the Indian Weather conditions
Note: Pretty aware that BT headsets are not legal in India. But will stop at side of road to answer the call without the hassle to get my handset out hence the BT headset.

Nature of my work requires me to be attentive to incoming calls all the time. Even when i am travelling (20 mins one way).I need a handsfree solution that i can use inside my helmet. I have tried IEMs with mic inside my helmet but earbuds full off as soon as i put on my helmet. I am eyeing on something like this https://www.amazon.in/Sony-MDR-AS210AP-Open-Ear-Active-Headphones/dp/B01LW07SWN
that wouldn't fall off when i put on my helmet. any idea or suggestions?
Headphones will not be used for music so sound quality doesn't matter.
ps: mods please move this thread to appropriate section if this doesn't belong here
There is no destination, I just want to keep riding.
