Today on wasing my cbz xtreme i found that oil is leaking through drain bolt. Tried to tighten the bolt, but it was rotating freely... so my oil pan threads are gone.. thanks to svc people. Guys what is the remedy how to solve this problem... Pls help.

Relax.. the bolt has gone... the threads on the engine side dont slip this easily. First take it to asc or a mech, buy a new bolt and fix it with a new washer and check for leaks,
Also top up oil and dont let it go low!

This tool is used for repairing damaged or stripped threads, while maintaining original thread size, the repaired thread is very strong and longlasting, it can be used in all metals, polymers, composites and other materials, the tool box contains HSS drill bit, finishing tap, installation tool and tang breaking tool.

              Awsome!

Now guys the oil I have been using is over 4 k kms ol, shell pennzoil, the oil looks ok on the dipstick, slightly darkened but very leaa, ride wise it feels same as it was at 100kms old. Should I dump it now or continue using it?

Went to asc today. They said threads on the engine side are gone.. It needs some lathe work but they are not sure about the lasting of threads. Adviced to change the whole casting which costs 2.5k + assembling charge.. [emoji33] what to do guys i am totally hopeless [emoji20]

They are trying to misguide you by saying so. Changing the whole thing isn't required. A good lathe worker can handle it easily and it does last. Go to some local mechanic.

Check with fellow xBhpian's in your city or locality for good mechanic who can handle this job.

                      Not hopeless, just helpless.

Just relax and and find a good lathe worker at your leisure, don't hurry.

                            Stick to the 10w30 grade,
                            You can go for,
                            Mobil super 4t
                            Shell ax7
                            Gulf pride 4t synth
                            Motul 3000

If you are ok then I would choose the shell ax7 10w40

Guys, i recently drained 300V from my R15 after running 4000kms on it.. I got just 900ml out of 1L when i drained...Is this ok? I guess FS tends to evaporate in summers.

PS: Why is thread moved to Help me section?

Are you seeing any white smoke? Or any oil in your coolant? If no then your fine its just evapoting.
But that also shouldn't happen a lot since your engine is liquid cooled.. maybe it is overheating. Are you hearing the fan kick in a lot?
Some oil evaporation using fs oils is normal, try downgrading, or drain andnchange coolants for a change tonser if your bike runs cooler.
