bytheway, these sealants;where are they available? and what is the cost involved?

"Anabond" is available on auto parts shop and fevibond on stationary(i guess).
Both of them will cost around 20-50rs(didnot remembered the price). and will be enough for lasting untill its expiry(2-3 years i think) if your use is only at services.

Nothing wrong I am using it now 2000km completed(odo 6500km),Heat is reduced some what, and getting more smooth.

5000kms on Semi Synthetic is little too much, If you rip your bike then it will be too too much..

My 300V FL Fully synthetic lasted 6k kms & for Semi synthetic anything between 3-3.5k max, 4k if it can run anything more than that will be an Overkill for engine.

No problem you can go ahead with it, it can work very well in both hot & cold Climates.

                      Hay akfara and Bubbly

I’m too using Castrol Power 1 10w30 in my Hunk (7000km on the ODO). And I’m too running at 2000km sharp on the last oil. And its performing good and maybe the engine loose a little smoothness after 1500km. However I’m not feeling any significant changes becoze of the oil like engine heating up more, loosing the smoothness. But few peoples are saying that this oil makes the engine more harsh and heat up the engine more comparable to other oils like Gulf ect. Is it so? How you guys feeling? You guys ever tried any other oil like Gulf pride etc?

whether it is available in cochin... In TVM it's not available, so i am using the Semi Syn of YamaLube 15W40... its quiet good for 3000 kms no probs at all, silky smooth engine and butter gearbox...

                            • hey guyz
my petronas oil dealer is recommending me ZIC 4t fully syn. engine oil
the two big difference between zic 4t and petronas 4t 5000 is :
                              --------------------zic 4t---------- petronas 4t 5000
                              viscosity index ------159 ------------128
                              kinematic viscosity
                              @40 c --------------99.23------------ 128
rest of the specifications are very much similar
which one is better according to u guyz?

The Automotive batteries are designed to work best in a typical short start-stop fashion.
So to increase the life of your automobile battery, blow the horn and flash the pass light in a quick start stop fashion instead of a conitnuous long horn blow or flash light continuous on!!
And obviously don't stretch the self start far too long.
