But I need something which has lesser wind noise. ls2 out. Only SOL and MT remains.

Reviews regarding both these brands regarding wind noise from fellow users will be useful.
@Divya, I checked a thread sometime ago amd saw that you are using or have used SOL helmet extensively. Review please, in terms.of safety, fit and wind noise.

Fellow MT owners can please share information on wind noise.

Not asking about quality as both are quality and well built.

I use the Axxis Limited Evo, wind noise and engine noise is minimal till 60kmpl, manageable till 80 but after that u need ear plugs

I am confused between MT axxis Geo4(matte black) and MT axxis atom (red) 😥😥

My head size is 57-58(m)

Atom have a curvy shape in neck portion !!😍😍 but geo 4 (matte black) is awesome ❤️

But I am confused whether geo4 is bulky in shape !! (Have not seen them)

I am thin ! So, I prefer not so bulky helmet .. !!

Again evo series (black) is also awesome !! But can't find it anywhere 😭😭😭

Please help me😭😭

both have the same Axxis shell. so size wise no difference. slightly bulky compared to LS2 range.

i have the white evo in M size and i think you should not go all black (Just a thought)

I'm stuck between 3 choices

MT blade raceline sport series (Orange)

LS2 Ff322 Voltage (Orange)

And sol metalman (orange)

Couldn't find any conclusive review on LS2 voltage and MT blade. Found one on sol metalman but im confused between these three. I'm inclined towards MT blade as it has an internal visor and nfc tech. But ls2 voltage looks so good. And so does sol metalman. Any pros and cons of owning each of them would help.

Hi buddy,

I have LS2 FF322 voltage. The helmet overall is good, but the wind noise above speeds of 80-90 kmph is alot. One of my friends has SOL, and says that he doesn't have any major wind noise. I have no personal experience with MT so can't comment on that.

I would prefer you to go for either MT or SOL (basically because of less wind noise).

There is one shop in Vashi next to Babloo Motors in the same lane
Cost-wise i found it at little higher side but you will get good options there if you prefer try & buy method

Price range is between 4k to 6k

Any suggestions which should i go for ?

Thanks . I went to a shop in koperkhairne Sai traders yesterday he suggested me LS2 and even told me it is difficult to get accessories of MT and SOL so if I go and buy any helmet of MT and SOL just ask the shopper will he be able to provide any accessories in future for these helmets.

Thanks for reply i think its beside MITTAL MOTORS near Petrol Pump
I think i Bought My STUDDS helmet and visor from there only

I am going to buy online and accessories not an issue as mostly only visor will be required which i am gonna buy in advance; Smoked visor for day time

Go to a store and try on some helmets, it'll help you make a better choice on which one to buy. You'll get to know the size that fits you and then you can go ahead with buying online, but theres always a chance of helmets being fake/ duplicates, i would prefer buying from an authorized retailer.

Sharing this for the benefit of anyone in the market for a helmet. Recently checked out the MT, KYT, LS2 and SOL brand of helmets in Pune. For my head size, comfort, etc. finalized the MT Blade helmet. Also somehow only the MT helmet had both DOT and ECE certifications.

Really liked the SOL helmets as well, but felt the MT was better built, seemed more aerodynamic and that it was slightly cheaper as well. MT blade was 5650 and the SOL helmet was 6300.

Picked up the helmet from Pro-bikers, in camp, Pune.

How is the quality of the helmet? Since how long are you using it? Any flaws like internal visor getting loose etc?
