Even i feel so... I already have a spike but cant wear it in summers it becomes untolerable even without the liner,
and as Darknight mentioned RJs sure do look like they r good for summers but 7.5k since i already got spike last july ...

            • @ Inder: I, somehow, didn't like the RJays. Saw Cavin & Shiva wearing RJs @ Lavasa. Stiching came out from one of the jackets that day.
I may be wrong though but i think these jackets will not be able to tolerance much abuse from the rider.

But, as Sneh mentioned below the durability factor for the RJays jacket is a real concern..!!

Yup exactly..!! You are right in that point..the durability factor of the jacket..and moreover when Shiva fell that day..even after wearing the jacket he had minor bruises in the elbow and the shoulder area..!!

Heyy bhagwan i heard it too..

but yaa seriously guys I had a really bad fall and nothing happened to the jacket

the stich does come out through the wrist area but once you snip of those ends nothing further happpens
s they say stich in time saves nine

N e ways the choice is entirely personal...frankly I bought it based only on 1st impression and that was i liked the looks and fitting very much ,later I did r&d and realised it was a good purchase after all

                      • Ok now that the Maze has been proven to be a good bet for the summer, I would like to know how good is it for the moonsoons that will arrive after the summer ? Does anyone owning the maze have an idea ? Being a recently released jacket I dont think anyone wouldve got a chance to experience it in the rain but Im keeping my hopes up.

Check out Cramster-they are bionic, lesser cost, VFM in my opinion. I bought both knee&elbow pads from them. They're launching a new model for knee pads. Elbow pads are the same. PM me if you wanna know more about them.

                              tried all three...foxx,cramsters & Astars.
foxx are amongst best i think considering cost and size.(very sleek)
astars very nice infact excellent (technologically & protection wise)but too huge
cramsters will scratch u r tank badly bro...have some insulation at contact points.
M just looking at more options before finalising on foxx.
