I got it a couple of years back from KRP, New Delhi. I don't really know whether this particular company has got any websites or not, but you can find these (and many other brands) pair of gauntlets at KRP or perhaps even at DSG.

I am not so sure about DSG, though.
the website for KRP is www.goforkrp.com, but i wonder how much they take to reply

    • Aryan bhai Now I am confused between progrip super motard gloves 4018 and the blizzard/motogear which you possess.
Any help would be welcome.coz ordering on the net should not create problems later on
As mentioned earlier my palm size is 16.5 cms which constitute a size small and i dont wish to end up with a bigger size pair.

      • @darkknight: I am not aware whether they have different sizes of these gauntlets. I just went ahead and picked up these, tried these on, and felt perfectly at home. Bought it!

If you have issues and doubts in your mind about size, try and go to an outlet which sells safety gears, and try it on and see for yourself. My advice to you would be try it before you buy it; no use regretting later on. Rs.2.5k odd for a gauntlet (riding gloves) is NOT a small amout, atleast for me.

Exactly my thoughts.so that leaves only dsg as an option
joe rockets available at performance racing store are way too costly.

            • @darkknight: How much do the gauntlets from Joe Rocket cost? And yes as R15Rocks says, perhaps, Cramster is another option that you have got apart from DSG; check them out.

Ah! Those are some extravagant prices. Paying Rs.6.5k and Rs.9k(!!) for a pair of gauntlets is way too much, really.

So, you have Cramster and DSG as an option darkknight. But, you say you didn't quite like the Cramster ones. Hence, DSG is the other option left.

                  • Riding boots

I am planning to get a pair of touring boots. Budget is approx. 5k. As of now I have found only cramster in my budget, are there any other options available under 5k?

How about the Orazo Riding Boots? You can check out the websites, perhaps, for the price, etc.

They are very tempting at that price, but they don't have any toe shift protector strips, sliders, torsion cups etc. Cramster seems to be having all of those.

I loved these Alpinstars. Any suggestions ?

                            Alpinestars Raven Gloves Rs. 2399

                            Or this one-

                            Alpinestars Dual Gloves : 09 Rs. 1999

Price from planetdsg. I hope there will be no difference in web price and showroom price.

                            • No difference in both the prices.

You can go for dual or raven any of them.these don't have hard carbonfibre for knuclkes though but rather have a thick padding for knuckles
For city riding they are excellent.

                              • ^^Visited one of the shops in karol bagh today for Balcalava, saw a set of Alpinstars gloves, those got pretty tough knuckels in carbon fiber, priced at only 1650 rs, but i seriously doubt their autheticity.
