    Just google, SOLACE international Bangalore.
Call them and confirm if they can fix it.
Else go to any local tailor or bag repairing guy.

Yes. I own a riding jacket manufactured by them. Bought it on receiving really positive reviews from a riding buddy of mine who has had his PGS jacket for over 3 years.
From my experience, I would say it's a trustable company.

          Hello guys,
I will be buying my first good riding gloves in few days. I am a little confused between full gauntlet/semi gauntlet gloves.
I will be riding 40% in city, 50% on highways (60kms-300kms,60kms is almost 5 days a week schedule, and some occasional visits to my relatives who live 125-300kms from my place once a month) and 10% long tours (Sikkim and AP planned for next year).

I was wondering if it's ok to go with semi sized gloves like Aspida hades, BBG semi gauntlet (as i will be able to use them in city also) or should i go with full gauntlet and purchase some ~Rs.1000 riding gloves for city.

Kindly suggest some good gloves as per your experience.
          Thankyou.

            Hello guys,

I'm going to purchase my first riding jacket and done an extensive research about it and short listed 3 jackets
Rynox tornado pro , solace defender plus (new version) ,tbg knight mesh jacket , i'm leaning towards solace defender plus as its having sastec level 2 armours on shoulder and elbows and is better than knox but sceptical about the brand solace, rynox and solace both can be tried at my nearby shop in mumbai but tbg can't be so its another reason,
confused between rynox and solace as rynox is a known brand , which one should i purchase , any opinion would be appreciated [emoji3]

Full gauntlets offer more protection on the wrist area while sacrificing on breathability. You need to get used to them even on highway. Avoid if you are a sweaty palm kinda person [emoji1]
              Semi gauntlets are good too.
For city, mesh or short gloves would be ideal.
Do have a look at Cramster and DSG too.

I would suggest Rynox Tornado Pro for the amazing Knox armour and overall quality.
P.S. Curious to know, on what basis are they claiming that SasTec is better than Knox?

Sastec is level 2 armour and it adjusts to your body temperature and shape for e.g when you hit it changes the shape and comes into its original form after sometime.

                  hello guys,

Rookie here, I need to buy short gloves which i would wear on daily office commute 80% City and 20% Highway. i have zeroed down to 1.SCIMITAR stunt short cuff from SPG (1,550 Rs.) 2. FLUX summer glove from Cramster (1,850 Rs.). I have no prior knowledge or experience in gloves.
As this is my first one, please advise me which one i should buy. i would be grateful if i get a response. Thanks in advance.

I am in dilemma too, whether to buy Rynox TP or Solace DP. Earlier my budget was ~6k and i was inclined towards Scimitar Transition(all weather jacket), but after going through a lot of posts here, i concluded it's better to go for a lvl2 armour jackets (sub 6k jackets just have high density back foam rather than a certified one).
I researched a little on Knox and Sas-Tec, and now i am all the more inclined to Solace Defender(v2/3) given it provides Sas-tec and 750D fabric. There are two long term ownership reviews of Solace on xBhp and both are very convincing.
I suppose it all comes down to fitting now, and how they feel in reality. Do inform us after the purchase and why you chose one over another (i hope it's not much to ask).

Thankyou for the suggestion, i do kind of have sweaty Palm, so i suppose it's semi gauntlet with perforated leather for me.
Sas-Tec is more comfortable and has better shock absorption than Knox.

Just would like to point out that the high density back foam is just marketing gibberish for a foam pad. Won't do any good even on low speed impact. You already seem to have the right idea. Maximum protection possible in your budget (considering usability ofcourse...cant get the Defender if your going to ride inside city with a hot humid climate)

I have been using full gauntlets in the city for almost 2 years now. I don't have that much of an issue with the breathability. You'll get used to it in no time, and the extra protection is always a bonus.

FYI, I use the TBG Sports. Thrashed them to hell and back, and they still keep asking for more.

Brands like rynox are not even providing steel shoulder sliders/protectors on any of their offerings besides their back protectors of not being upto the mark which would help a lot in a sliding crashes.
Marketing is at it's highest point in riding gear industry in india.

But frankly, all gloves in this price range will have issues. Flux is a good glove given its full leather and is good. Mixed review about it though. Rynox Shield Pro is also a good option..palm side is complete leather.

In gloves you will have mixed reviews for any model/brand and not a strong review like you can have a jacket or pant, as a lot depends on the size and hands/ usage of every rider is different and may not suit a particular size chart causing an early tear.

So don't be very driven by the brand or a particular model, try the gloves and buy one.
My friend is using Solace Passion since 40k kilometres and I am myself using it since 7k. No issues with the gloves. Imo best VFM.
