  • I am seriously planning to buy a riding jacket. Just checked the Cramster Breezer 2.0. Liked it.
Anyone has bought it? I guess Sandesh has got one.
Please say the pros and cons of the jacket.

Well the jacket is fantastic.. Best part is it's very light weight..SHop wala said so n i felt it too.. When I tried the XL size for me the fit was awesome..that's the reason m seriously considering it..

If ur Spike is really in new like condition and if u really thinking of selling it then I may think of buying it at a special discounted pirce from u.. I'll first hav to see it and also color will be a major factor.. What color is it? I guess it's red..right?

Gimme a buzz when u want to go to Smart designs..
Lol, one tiny lil mention somewhere in a post and 3 bikers already wanna buy my Spike! Even Saif has asked for it.

Let me be honest here. My jacket is in exactly the same condition as I received it. Although I wasn't too impressed by stitch quality. You will understand when I show it to you. Also, I have washed it twice till date.

Secondly, I will PM you when I decide to go to Smart design.

Make that 2 Joey Sir.. I went to Smart designs with Ashish today. He wanted to buy riding boots. Till date I had not tried the Spike. Tried it today and the fit wasn't that great.. I mean not comfortable. Tried the Breezer 2.0.. Fantastic jacket but a bit problematic in monsoon. I am 100% sure am going for Breezer 2.0 or Falcon by coming weekend.

Last time I went to Cramsters office, Breezer 2.0 wasn't there so am not being able to comment specifically on that. But I own a DSG Spike jacket and when I was there ar cramster, I had tried out Raptor and Pulse jackets extensively.

I really felt Cramsters have a much better fit. It complements the body shape pretyy well and gives a v-contour, not falling squarishly like the DSGs. I don't kno maybe it was just for me, but the XL of DSG felt too small and XXL was too big. Cramster fit perfectly.

Regarding the armours tho, I felt the DSG armours felt more solid than Cramsters, esp the shoulder and back bit. I talked the Keerthi (owner of Cramster about it) and he was pretty forthright. He said his armours are full CE approved and its just like comparing thow ISI certified helmets !! But I'd still prefer DSGs armours !!

Even after wearing the Cramster, it felt less restrictive and lighter than DSG. In fact XL Cramster gave me more freedom of movement than XXL DSG spike. The Spike almost make you feel like you are going on a war ...... wich might be a good thing depending on how u look at it !!

                          • Can someone give me a comparison between the AXO knee guard and Cramsters?

Planning to get one within a week. is AXO knee guards CE approved.

                            Which one do you recommend?

Cramsters are good, but no comparisons with AXO man !! If you can afford AXO take one !!
And I'd assume AXO will definitely be CE approved !!

AXO seems real VFM. It costs less than 2k for both elbow and knee pads together.
