Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!
Hyosung Aquila : Because sometimes you need to look cool while riding at 40 kmph and you can do that only on a cruiser !!!

but seriously, tx for the info. Bike junction, I think I kno that place.
But honestly, I'd steer clear of JC Road if I can!!
They showed me so many Joe Rocket jackets, that had something else written inside !!Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!

@ jonak: congratulations jonak for ur gearOriginally posted by Jonak View PostMy AXO knee guard and eldow guard. I posted the pics couple of pages earlier also. I bought them at 1800INR from Kolkata. L.P has got the same thing at 1450INR from Delhi.
The guards does not scratch my bike's tank. In most of the bikes the guards does not even touch the tanks. So, no chance of scratching. Can't comment about fox though.
May I know if these axo are comfortable for long rides because it looks longer than other brands with shin protection...

and even i have seen those jackets...looks very *bling bling* no doubt but one good look at it would reveal the truth..i was even shown a "genuine imported from US" Joe Pocket jacket
...i told that guy "yeh sab racer logo ke liye hi theek hai, mere liye to tshirt hi kaafi hai
"....i have roamed around JC road quite a lot every time i go to Bangy and look at at least 4-5(in fact every damn shop) before i make any purchase

yes the guards are pretty comfortable but sad part is they are not CE certified
..though they seem to be good enough to hold on in crashes

Yes, they are very comfortable. Maximum distance i have is 650km in a day with these guards. That too wore them inside my 6 pockets.
No problems at all. True that CE protection is not written in the guards. But they are rock solid.

Even I have these AXo guards....and no doubt they are much better than FOX ones for these one have real good flexibility on knee and elbow joints...but its more comfortable to wear it outside your jeans...It may be not CE approved but the quality seems really nice and it almost cover your legs....and tank does not get scratched as there is some distance between the tank and the legs.
anyone thinking about them...GO for it!!Last edited by rohitmundra; 06-04-2009, 12:18 AM.its all about CC...

Both are non-bionic...
@ Rohit
does ur AXO guard have a foam padding under the plastic guard????coz the few AXO guards that i have seen do not have those..whereas the FOX guards have the foam padding which makes it slightly more comfortableYou can take the ride away from me but you cannot take the rider out of my soul.........
